Important Notice Regarding Payments
Centre for Higher Studies (CHS) does not charge any service fee, consultancy fee, or visa service fee before or after visa approval for eligible partner university applications.
Students and guardians are strongly advised not to make any payment, cash transfer, mobile banking transaction, or bank deposit to any individual claiming to represent CHS unless the payment is officially instructed and documented by CHS management.
Any payment made to an individual without official authorization from CHS shall be solely at the payer’s own risk. CHS will not be responsible or liable for any financial loss resulting from unauthorized transactions.
Staff Conduct & Reporting Policy
No CHS employee, representative, counselor, or third-party agent is authorized to request personal payments, commissions, gifts, or unofficial service charges from students or guardians.
If any CHS staff member or any person claiming to represent CHS requests money, gifts, commissions, or additional fees outside official university tuition payments and approved charges, please report the matter immediately to CHS management.
Upon receiving a verified complaint, CHS will conduct an investigation and take appropriate disciplinary action, including termination of employment, cancellation of agency partnerships, and legal action where applicable.
Official Payments
Students should only make payments directly to:
- Official University Accounts
- Approved Government Authorities
- Officially Designated CHS Accounts (if applicable)
Always request and retain official receipts for every transaction.
Fraud Prevention
CHS will never guarantee admission, visa approval, scholarships, immigration outcomes, employment opportunities, or residency benefits in exchange for money or special payments.
Any person making such promises is acting without authorization from CHS.
Limitation of Liability
University admission decisions, scholarship awards, visa approvals, entry permits, immigration clearances, and government policies are determined solely by the relevant institutions and authorities.
CHS provides professional guidance and support but cannot guarantee outcomes that are outside its control.
CHS shall not be liable for delays, rejections, policy changes, financial losses, travel disruptions, accommodation disputes, or decisions made by universities, embassies, immigration authorities, or third-party service providers.
